Our refurbished containers are 10 – 15 year old containers in perfect working condition. We sandblast them to remove rust and rot and any weak areas in the steel are cut out and replaced with new Corten Steel. The containers are then painted inside and out, including the roof which is the most important part to protect. Many other vendors don’t do this very important step. Mini Warehousing also guarantees the containers to be watertight and are covered with a 2-year warranty.
